How to Use
- Park the vehicle in a shaded area.
- Spray the Tar & Glue Remover onto the entire dry vehicle.
- Wait for 1-3 minutes (do not allow the product to sit for too long or dry).
- Rinse the product off thoroughly.
- Done!
▶If stains persist or you wish to remove residual wax after the above steps, while the vehicle is still slightly damp:
- During step two, use a sponge to scrub and rinse thoroughly.
- Extend the waiting time (still avoid letting the product dry).
- Use a clay bar product to completely remove the contaminants.
To remove adhesive residue, simply spray the product onto a short-fiber cloth and wipe back and forth.
Dispose of the used cloth after removing the adhesive.
Suitable For
- Safe for use on all external vehicle surfaces except aged rubber seals. If rubber seals are aged, shorten the waiting time or avoid spraying directly.
- Avoid spraying directly on anodized forged wheels; instead, spray onto a short-fiber cloth and wipe to remove tar particles.
- For wrapped vehicles, take special care to prevent the solution from air-drying.
AK’s Tips & Tricks
- Using AK Tar & Glue Remover and Iron Remover together doubles the effect,not only providing a mild bleaching effect but also removing light water spots! (For dry vehicles, spray Tar & Glue Remover first, then Iron Remover.)
- For stubborn stains, spray the solution onto a sponge or short-fiber cloth after washing and gently wipe—this increases efficiency!
Storage Instructions
- All car wash chemicals, maintenance agents, and waxes should be stored away from direct sunlight or high temperatures, in a cool, ventilated indoor area (no need to refrigerate).
- Properly stored car wash chemicals, maintenance agents, and waxes have no expiration date.
- Some biodegradable cleaners may develop a light layer of mold on the surface if stored for a long time. Simply remove the mold; this will not affect the product's performance or quality.
Precautions
- Shake well before use.
- Do not use in direct sunlight and do not allow the product to remain on the surface for extended periods or dry completely.
- Keep away from fire and children. Wear gloves and eye protection to avoid contact with wounds and eyes.
- If it comes into contact with eyes, rinse thoroughly with plenty of water and seek medical attention immediately.
- Avoid contact with clay bar products.
Spray Bottle Precautions
- When refilling any chemicals, do not overfill beyond the bottle neck to avoid spillage.
- Never store the bottle upside down to prevent liquid from continuously flowing into the sprayer and causing wear.
- If the spray bottle will not be used for an extended period, remove the sprayer and securely close the bottle with the cap.
- Do not intentionally shake, squeeze, invert, or knock over the bottle to prevent sprayer leakage (this is a normal phenomenon with all commercially available sprayers). To prevent chemical odors or liquid evaporation, remove the sprayer, dispense any remaining liquid from the sprayer, rinse with clean water, and then securely close the bottle.
